What is an Magic the Gathering Proxy Card?

An MTG proxy card is alternative copy for an actual MTG card. It can be a printed image of the card, or an alternate art version, or even a digital graphic that retains the text box where the card's abilities appear and flavor text.

While proxy cards are not allowed in official tournaments, they are widely accepted in casual play settings. They serve the same function as the original card in gameplay but are clearly distinguishable from genuine cards.

We don't advise to bring our proxies in official tournaments. However, we do recommend sleeving your proxy cards when they are in play.

Yes, digital download files are inherently scalable, which means you can resize them without any loss of quality. This is one of the primary advantages of using SVG over raster formats. You can easily adjust the size of an SVG using graphic design software

Can I resize PNG and JPG files?

Yes, you can resize PNG and JPG files using image editing software like Photoshop, GIMP, or online tools. However, it's essential to note that PNG and JPG are raster formats. When you enlarge them, they can become pixelated or blurry because they're made up of a fixed set of pixels.

What are my shipping options?

We offer a variety of shipping options to cater to Canada and International:

  • Local, within a city or town: Typically takes 5-7 business days.
  • Regional: Regular delivery, usually within 7-12 business days.
  • International Shipping: Available for customers outside our primary service area, delivery times may vary based on location.
  • Digital Downloads - Not applicable, shipping not required.

Where are you located?

We are located in the Canada in Vancouver, British Columbia.  We offer local delivery for our proxy and other art-related prints to all Canadians.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If you create an account, you’ll also be able to login and see your order history and tracking numbers there. 

Do you Offer Refunds?

Digital Downloads

By the very nature of digital downloads, these files are not “returnable”. As such, we do offer refunds or exchanges.

We stand by the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can shoot an email at rullumaemporiumstore@gmail.com and provide a valid reason.

MTG Proxy Cards

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 3 days of receiving the order, provided it's in its original condition and packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
